|Recommended: NoOverall we've had a pleasant experience living here the past year. Bruce and the maintenance team are amazing Always prompt and friendly and get the job done. Management is also nice. The major issue we have run into is smoking in the building on balcony. We have small children and cannot open our windows on a nice day or let them on the balcony because of our smoking neighbors downstairs. It also makes its way into the dryer vent and sticks to our clothes. Cigarette butts litter all around the building. We brought the issue up to management who have done nothing about the issue. Basically their right to smoke outweighs our right to fresh clean air and a toxic free environment. I wish they would offer a solution that benefits everyone if a non-smoking complex isnt an option. Like making a designated smoking spot away from the buildings.

|Recommended: NoKeep It Moving — Lots of strange rules and regulations living here. Better off going somewhere else. No playground for the kids and all management does is send out complaints every week to complain about kids playing or whatever useless unnecessary rules they made up. Your now not allowed to even work on your car without written permission. Seems like management thinks they are the law or something even though a lot of the lease is in violation of the law. But hey we can all play pretend right.

|Recommended: YesParking Appeal — The main parking lot is often occupied with other Cars while I only have one car at the moment, when my second car Car comes on Monday do I have to park both of my Cars in the visitor parking lot
I know it’s not the people’s fault, because the parking lot is not identified by the apartment name and that’s what causes all these inconveniences
NB So I don’t want anyone to understand that I have a personal problem with anyone, because we are all a family here, I just made a public comment because I don’t have access to talk to anyone in the building. Thank you for everyone’s wisdom and understanding 🙏
