Walkers Ridge loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home no larger than 80lbs. We require a $300 non-refundable fee ($200 for second pet) and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Husky's, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, St. Bernard's and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Pet photo and vaccination records are required. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
